Rotary has made it easy to contribute to the Rotary Foundation. Here is the link to downloading a fillable PDF. An example of a blank form is shown below. There are many different areas within the Foundation to contribute to. Since October 24th, 2023 is World Polio day this would be a great time and group to contribute to. Also there are options for a variety of contribution plans - monthly or yearly, etc.
