June 22nd proved a great day for some ono Hawaiian food, horse and buggy rides and some good old fashioned Rotary fellowship at John and Karen Fitzgerald's ranch.   Benson, John and Karen started the festivities Friday night by lighting the imu and roasting pork butts and sweet potatoes overnight. Twelve hours later, the sweet smell of kalua pork greeted our guests.  Dave and Jeanna Rimmer were the first on the scene, followed by Peter Boucher and his family.  Jimmy Souza and  arrived with his daughter and her entire family.  Benson and Zeda brought their usual entourage of grandchildren who took full advantage of the buggy rides John offered anyone brave enough to hop into the carriage.  Randy Kurohara, Ka'iu and son Caleb also enjoyed the ride. The crowd also include friends of the Fitzgeralds  and other Rotarians.  Here's a few pictures from the event:
